Everything a course needs, in one place.

Tallam is a learning management system for higher education with one difference: an assistant drafts, and the professor decides. Six parts you can use today, and a roadmap you can filter.

A course workspace that stays private until you publish

Create a course, add weeks and modules, and enroll students by email. Choose a syllabus presentation, attach assignments with links to the tools you already use, and schedule when each part publishes. A reviewer can approve or reject the schedule before anything reaches students.

Week 4 · Private draft Publishes Mon 9:00
  • Week 1 · Published
  • Week 2 · Published
  • Week 3 · Published
  • Week 4 · Scheduled
  • Week 5 · Draft

Students see a week only after it publishes. Reviewers approve or reject the schedule.

Files and readings, with the originals kept

Upload PDF, DOCX and TXT files. Tallam keeps the original, extracts the text for review, and lets students open readings inside the course or download the exact file. Search matches titles, weeks and authors, and tells you when it interprets a query.

Read in the browser, annotate privately

Readings open in a reader with the original layout. Students and instructors can highlight, write notes and draw by hand. Annotations are private to the person who made them, on desktop and on a phone.

Week 3 · Comparing policy contexts.pdf Original

Before looking for an answer, make a prediction. What do you expect people to do, and why? Consider what they know, what they value, and how they might interpret the policy.

Bring your initial thinking to the discussion and compare it with another explanation.

An AI course editor that proposes, never applies

Give an instruction or upload a syllabus and the editor returns a before-and-after proposal. Approving it applies the change and records a revision you can inspect later. The workflow is verified with a deterministic model in evaluation; live generation is used only where it has been checked.

A professor assistant that stays beside you

One private chat that stays open as you move between courses, keeps unsent drafts, and shows what it is using before it answers. It suggests; saving anything still goes through review.
